As a caregiver to our oldest daughter, who is disabled, I experienced firsthand the lack of diaper options for children who have outgrown commercial baby sizes but are too small for adult medical products. This frustrating gap in the healthcare industry left us and countless other families feeling overlooked and unsupported.
Inspired to make a change, I created Youth Crews – more than just a diaper company, we're a movement born from my determination to support my daughter and families like ours.
