The Youth Crews Diaper Giveaway is sponsored by Youth Crews. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway begins on 10/9 at 9 a.m. MT and ends on 10/16 at 11:59 p.m. MT. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

To enter, follow @youth.crews on Instagram and like the Giveaway post during the Entry Period and tag a friend. Your Instagram account must be public so Sponsor can verify your entry. Limit one entry per person. Entries made with multiple or fake accounts, or by automated means, will be disqualified.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 10/17. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by direct message from the official @youth.crews Instagram account within 3 days of the drawing. Sponsor will never ask for payment or financial information by direct message. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and provide a shipping address. The winner must also tell Sponsor whether they are a current Youth Crews subscriber and, if they know it, their diaper size. If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be verified, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random.

One winner will receive three boxes of Youth Crews diapers in size 9, 10, or 11, with shipping paid by Sponsor. The approximate retail value of the prize is $300 to $360, depending on the size selected.

If the winner is a current Youth Crews subscriber, the winner's next three boxes will be provided at no charge, including shipping, in the winner's current subscription size.

If the winner is not a current Youth Crews subscriber, the winner may request a free Sizing Pack, with shipping paid by Sponsor, to help choose a size before the prize is sent. The Sizing Pack is provided in addition to the prize. The winner must confirm their size within 30 days of receiving the Sizing Pack. If the winner does not confirm a size within that time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Once the winner confirms their size, the three boxes will ship in October, November, and December.

The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor and Instagram from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or not received because of technical problems, including problems with Instagram.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control affects its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Information collected from entrants will be used only to administer the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://youthcrews.com/policies/privacy-policy.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
