Ambassador Crew Program — Terms & Conditions
By joining the Crew Ambassadors program, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility. You must be (1) an existing Youth Crews customer with at least one paid order on file, (2) at least 18 years of age, and (3) a legal resident of the United States. Youth Crews employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
How referrals work. After signing up, you'll receive a unique referral link. When someone new uses your code or link to place their first paid order of Youth Diapers (a box of diapers — not a free sizing pack), they're counted as a successful referral.
What counts as a successful referral. A successful referral is a customer who (a) has not previously purchased a paid Youth Crews product, (b) uses your code or link to place their first paid box order, and (c) keeps that order for at least 30 days. If the referred customer's order is canceled, refunded, or returned within 30 days, the referral is voided.
Earning rewards. For every successful referral, you earn 50% off your next box of Youth Diapers (the full price value of one box is up to $120). Rewards are issued via email. If you are a current subscriber, your reward will be automatically applied to your next subscription. The discount will expire after six months. Shipping and applicable taxes on the reward box are covered.
No discount stacking. The referral reward cannot be combined with any other promotional code, discount, or active subscription discount on the same order.
Restrictions. You may not refer yourself, members of your household, or anyone using the same shipping address as your account. You may not purchase referrals through paid advertising on Youth Crews branded keywords. You may not make claims about Youth Diapers that aren't consistent with our published product information. All sharing must be authentic and voluntary.
Taxes. Rewards may be considered taxable income depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. If your rewards exceed IRS reporting thresholds in a calendar year, we may issue a 1099 form.
Program changes. Youth Crews may modify, pause, or terminate the Ambassador Crew program at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice when possible, and we'll honor any rewards earned before the change takes effect.
Termination of participation. We may remove a participant from the program at any time for violation of these terms, including fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or sharing in ways that violate platform rules or applicable law.
Privacy. Your participation is governed by the Youth Crews Privacy Policy, available here.
