We stand behind your first box. If it's not right within 45 days, we'll refund it.

Fit matters more than almost anything with diapers, so we strongly recommend every first-time customer start with a free Sizing Pack sample before ordering a full box.

If your first box isn't right, you don't need to send anything back. Keep the diapers or pass them to a family who can use them. Original shipping costs aren't refundable.
