At this time, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if something is not right (damaged shipment, does not fit, etc.), email us at care@youthcrews.com and we will strive to make things right.

We ship diapers from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah, so the days it takes to get to get to you will vary. We have outlined some of the important information for shipping below.

We ship in one carton, but because each of our diapers is a different size, each carton contains a different number of diapers.

• Size 9 has 96 diapers per carton
• Size 10 has 112 diapers per carton
• Size 11 has 104 diapers per carton

Shipping costs for each carton:

Contiguous US

• Standard is $8 per carton and typically arrives in 3-6 business days
• Express is $25 per carton and typically arrives in 2-3 business days

Hawaii and Alaska

• Standard is $25 per carton and typically arrives in 5-10 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All delivery times start counting from when your order ships, not when you place it. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.
